Cooking Instructions

Boil raw mango

Grind green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves, both types of salt, pinch of jeera

Mash & make smooth paste of mango mix in leaves mixture

Add 3/4 lt water& ciba egg masala
- 5
Add Garam masala,lemon juice &sugar
- 6
Take a pan add 1/4tsp of ghee crackle jeera, heeng &red chilli pour in the water

Enjoy with golgappa..
