  2. 180 mlpani gunguna
  3. 1nimbu ka ras
  4. 1 tbspshakkar
  5. 1 tbspAdrak mirch paste
  6. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspfruit salt (Eno)
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1 tspmustard seeds
  11. 8-10curry leaves
  12. 2slit green chillies
  13. as neededGrated coconut & dhaniya patti for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Besan, gunguna pani,nimbu ka ras,shakkar mix karke ghol banakar 15 minutes rakh kar mirch adrak ka paste bhi mix kar dein.

    Fir Eno mix karke fatafat mix karke oil lagi thali mein 15 minutes steam kar lein. 5 minutes thanda karke uspe half cup pani chhidakar square pieces katkar 5 minutes aise hi rakhe fir pieces alag plate mein nikal lein.

    Pan mein oil garam karke Hari mirch, kadipatte, rai ka tadka lagake 1 cup pani dalkar 1 minute Ubal kar khaman par dal dein. Dhaniya patti, kase nariyal se garnish karein.
