Ingredients

  1. 2Beetroot pieces
  2. 1Onion
  3. 2Green chilli
  4. 2 tbspBesan
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspRefine oil
  9. 2 tbspTurmeric pulp
  10. 1 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and clean beetroot and grated beetroot and keep aside

  2. 2

    Chopped green chilli and Onion

  3. 3

    Add chopped green chilli and Onion into grated beetroot

  4. 4

    Add besan salt turmeric powder and garam masala add little oil mix well and give a cutlet shape

  5. 5

    Heat pan and add oil to shallow fry

  6. 6

    For tamarind sauce

  7. 7

    In a hot water add tamarind soak for 10 minutes and take out the pulp add sugar and pinch of salt sauce is ready

  8. 8

    Serve hot
