I like jalepeno poppers and I like chicken. So why not add them together and make a good main course.

I like jalepeno poppers and I like chicken. So why not add them together and make a good main course.
Cooking Instructions

Slice jalepeno long ways and scoop out seeds. You should have 4 halves

Mix cream cheese and dry ranch in small bowl
- 3
Use spoon to fill each half of jalepeno with cream cheese mixture

Sprinkle Cajun and cayenne seasoning onto each side of chicken breasts
- 5
Place one half of stuffed jalepeno on top of seasoned chicken breast
- 6
Wrap chicken an jalepeno tightly with 2 strips of bacon
- 7
Bake in oven at 400 on rack with a cookie sheet underneath for grease to drip on

Bake for 20 minutes, then flip over and broil for about 5 minutes to crisp up bacon
