Cooking Instructions

Parboil beans for 30 minutes with a pressure pot.rinse the beans and keep

Peel and cut the ripe plantain.

Grate ginger and garlic.

Rinse the green pepper,carrots and green peas.

I like pounding the crayfish and pepper qith mortar

Rinse the smoked titus fish

Pour water in the rinsed honey beans and add salt boil for 10minutes,then pour in the ripe plantain.

Boil for 10minutes,bleach red oil for 2minutes,slice the onion and pour inside stir,add ginger and garlic,add knorr seasoning.then crayfish and fresh pepper.stir very well.

Pour in the green pepper and carrots and stir very well.pour everything inside the beans and plantain.debone the smoked fish and add

Stir with spartula and lower the heat to boil for another 4 minutes.
