Ingredients

10serving
  1. 700 gAll purpose flour
  2. 80 gSugar
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 60 gButter
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1 pinchnutmeg
  7. Vegetable oil for frying
  8. Warm water for mixing
  9. 3 tablespoonMilk
  10. 3Eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder,salt,nutmeg or cinnamon powder and powdered milk.
    •Add eggs, melted butter
    •Mix together
    •Add warm water in small quantity (dough shouldn’t be too thick or too light)
    •Deep fry until golden brown ✅

    Note if you want it really hard,reduce the eggs to one or omitt.

    You can use warm liquid milk for mixing instead of water.
