Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbeef
  2. 2large onion
  3. 6large tomatoes
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 4 cupsmaize flour
  6. Oil
  7. Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the meat for 25 minutes & reduce the heat, add chopped onions & allow the meat to cook till the pot runs dry of water.

    Stir the onions to infuse the meat aroma. Allow the meat to cook & turn to a dark color brown

    Drizzle a table spoon of oil & salt.

    Boil water for cooking Ugali in a medium sufuria.

    Add the flour,cook smoothing out the lumps.

    Cover the Ugali & allow the sides to peel off.

  7. 7

    Chop the tomatoes & onions, add the lemon juice.

  8. 8

    Plate the meal & serve while hot.
