Ingredients

5 to 6 person
  1. 200 gmbesan
  2. 250 gmghee
  3. 1 cupcashew,almonds, pistachio, malon seeds
  4. 200 gmbura sugar
  5. 2 tspcardemompowder
  6. Ghee for grishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and pour ghee and add besan..

    And saute on medium flame..

  3. 3

    Till it becomes saute smell and dark brown..

  4. 4

    And close gas and keep aside.. for cool.

  5. 5

    After cool add dry fruits,sugar and cardemompowder..

  6. 6

    And mix it well.

  7. 7

    And make ladoos medium size..and serve..

  8. 8

    And packed in air tight container..and save 10 days in freeze.. enjoy..
