Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmong sprouts
  2. 4 tbsphung curd
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  6. 1/4 tspjeera powder
  7. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1big spoon green chutney (mint, coriander, chilli, garlic)
  11. 2 tbspsweet imli chutney (imli, khajoor & gur)
  12. Pinchtandoori colour in chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Boil moong sprouts. Drain the water & divide into two parts.

    To make orange chaat to sprouts add chopped onion, tomatoes, sweet chutney, red chilli powder, salt, jeera powder chaat masala & handful coriander leaves, lemon juice(add half quantity of onion, tomato,jeera powder & chaat masala). Mix all well keep aside

    For green chaat to sprouts add salt, pepper, chaat masala, green chutney & lemon juice. Mix all well

    In a bowl or glass arrange green layer, then add 2 tbsp of curd & then orange layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes & enjoy falvourful chaat.
