Take Amaranth leaves. Wash nicely and let dry

Take besan,Oats flour, cornflour and mix well

Add salt, pepper,red chilli powder, Turmeric powder,and water to make a batter of Flowing consistency

Coat the leaves and fry in hot oil

Grate beetroot and squeeze it's juice out

Take curd,add beetroot juice,sugar,Chaat masala and mix well

Make a green chutney with coriander leaves,mintleaves,pea, garlic,chilli and little water

Coat steamed corns with cornflour and mix well.fry in hot oil and keep aside

Now takea plate and layer beet root on the sides. sprinkle beetroot grated on the sides with crispy corns and pomegranate seeds, plate fries crispy leaves in the centre and pour chutney,curd and tamarind chutney on top garnish with a tulie and coriander leaves sprig
