Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a pot combine carrots and pumpkin. Let them dry out for better results you can roast them in the oven. This will talk about 25 minutes.

If using the oven take them out and put them in your cooking pot. If using a pot already just continue and add your onions. Allow them to cook abit until they turn translucent.
- 3
Add in garlic, salt and 1 tbsp if cooking oil. Add in water until it is slightly above your pumpkins.
- 4
Let this boil until everything is well cooked.
- 5
Once cooked put this in a blender and blend till its smooth
- 6
Return to the pot again and allow to simmer a little like 5 minutes.
- 7
Serve and garnish with coriander. You can also add lemon juice for that tangy taste.

Enjoy 😊

The easiest soup to make among all soups is pumpkin soup 🎃. I made pumpkin soup to visit my aunt who was unwell. She finished it all and said it was very delicious and satisfying. ครัวนุ้งแคทTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -
Creamy Potato Soup with Butternut Squash Creamy Potato Soup with Butternut Squash
this came out quite well. I was inspired by a creamy potato soup I had at an English pub, so I tried to mimic it at home. Except I also had some squash I needed to use up. while this was delicious, it needs some thing crunchy. I was planning on rolling out some slices of bread and baking them in three oven with some olive oil, rosemary and basil but didn't have time. If you make this, serve it with croutons or something crunchy. Bacon would help, but it won't be vegetarian. Rustyham -

One pot thick sweet potato soup One pot thick sweet potato soup
Helloooo everyone, How was everyones week? Mine was filled with so many things, I was not able to post this Sweet Potato Soup recipe on Friday. 🙂 I guess you already know that I will mention the weather again, 🙂 Fall has finally arrived along with the chilly days and nights. 🙂I made Sweet Potato Soup with some fresh Veggies, and since I was going over to my friend’s house to help out with something and I was absolutely going to bring her a bowl of soup for her to try. She does work in the mornings so it was so nice to hear her say that she was HUNGRY…:) Sandra was actually the first one to try my soup, and she loved it!!! I do love it when I make people happy when they enjoy eating what I have cooked, it gives me such a sense of happiness. 🙂 I love soups, every time I slurp 🙂 (don’t actually slurp just making a joke) I get this warm feeling, and that’s why they call it Comfort Food. 🙂Sandra and I are working on a new project, and we are both very passionate about this, Sandra is a Pastry Chef and well me you know what I am. 🙂 The project we are working on is actually, well we started a page on Facebook where customers can purchase our cakes, cupcakes and much more. 🙂 We are both very excited, it has been about a week now, since the page has been up and we are both hoping for the best. 🙂 So, now you know and I leave you with news for now. Pork and Red Bean Soup Pork and Red Bean Soup
I got a pork roast from the store for real cheap and after eating on it for 3 days, I figures I would make soup out of the rest. My 13 year old daughter and I came up with the recipe and she made it all by herself with just a little help putting the veggies and meat into the boiling pot. rfrazier5671
