Ingredients

four servings
  1. 2milk tin sized cups honey beans
  2. 2table spoons crayfish
  3. 1 teaspoongrounded black pepper
  4. 1small sized onions
  5. 1cooking spoon red oil
  6. 1knorr cube
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash beans and put medium sized pot. Slice onions and pour into the beans add water and boil for thirty minutes or until soft

  2. 2

    Add crayfish pepper and salt and one cup of water and continue to cook for another five minutes

  3. 3

    Add oil and knorr cube into beans boil for an additional five minutes

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste and simmer for two minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with bread or garri
