Ingredients

9 servings
  1. 1 cupboiled, mashed potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupsabudana flour
  3. 2 tbsppeanut coarsely ground
  4. 1 tbspdesiccated coconut
  5. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tspsugar powder
  8. 1 tspblack pepper powder or to taste
  9. to tasteSalt (saindha namak)
  10. 1 tspginger, green chilli paste
  11. 1lemon juice
  12. 1 tbspFresh chopped coriander
  13. as neededSome cashews and raisins
  14. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.(To make sabudana powder, I grinded sabudana in mixer jar ko make powder/flour).

    Take a lemon size of portion and make it round..Then flatten in ur palm..And place cashew and raisin in it...then cover/ close nicely to give it a shape of ball.. Prepare all vadas similarly..

    Deep fry in hot oil..Till nice golden in colour..

    Delicious sabudana Vadas is ready...Serve hot with green chutney.
