  17. 2 tsp elaichi powder
  18. 1 pinchbaking soda
  19. 2 tspcurd
  20. 1 1/2 cup water
  21. forYoghurt chutney
  22. fewCurry leaves
  23. 1 cup yoghurt
  24. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  25. 1 tspmustard seeds
  26. 1 tsp coriander
  27. 2 tsp besan

Cooking Instructions

    Fafda: Take first one bowl add besan, ajwan, salt, baking soda, haldi, hing add nicely mix well add oil mix well add water make smooth dough.

    Now take dough and one chopping board take one small ball of dough roll down to up spread it and switch on the gas and put oil for frying on medium flame put strips in hot oil fry till crisp

    Jalebi: Take one bowl add maida,besan,ghee,rice flour mix well add one pinch baking soda mix well make smooth batter

    One side take one pan add water add sugar, elaichi powder,saffron boil nicely make little thick chasni

    Now take jalebi maker or cone put batter inside and cut one side put ghee in the pan fry jalebis and dip it in chasni.

    After 10 mints take out jalebi from the chasni

    Yoghurt chutney: Take one bowl add yoghurt add besan mix well take one pan add little oil add curry leaves, coriander, green chillies add yoghurt boil it add salt add tadka switch the gas

    Carrot salad: grate carrot and cook add salt little red chilli powder mix well ready to serve with fry green chillies
