Ingredients

Yam
Tomato puree
Egg
Onions
Chilli
Seasoning and vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

Peel,slice and wash yam.salt it slightly and deep fry

Fry tomatoe puree with onions,add seasoning and chilli pepper and leave for few minutes and pour in your egg and stir continuously till the egg is well fried.

Serve fried yam with egg sauce and enjoy.
