  1. 2 tspalmonds
  2. 2 tspcashews
  3. 2 tsppistachios
  4. 2 tsppoppy seeds
  5. 2 tspmuskmelon seeds
  6. 10black peppers
  7. 6cardamon
  8. 1 stickcinnamon
  9. 1 cuprose petals
  10. 8-10 strandskesar soaked in 2 tsp water
  11. 200 mlmilk
  12. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  13. 2 tspfennel seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Keep all the ingredients ready

    Soak all the ingredients in 1 glass of water for 5-7 hrs except saffron syrup

  3. 3

    Strain extra water and grind into fine paste by adding saffron dissolved water

  4. 4

    For 1 cup of mixture,add 1 1/2 cup sugar boil till you get thick consistency.

    Mix 3 tbsp thandai syrup in 200 ml milk..blend and serve cold with rose petals,pistachios.
