Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 3tbp oil
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 1/8 cupwater
  5. for the filling
  6. Minced/ground beef
  7. Grated carrot
  8. Green beans
  9. Pepper
  10. Onion
  11. Seasoning
  12. Curry,thyme,turmeric,mixed spice
  13. Oil

    In a big bowl add in flour, salt and oil mix with your fingers

  2. 2

    Gradually add in water and knead to form a dough

  3. 3

    Cover it with a cling film and allow to rest for 15minutes

  4. 4

    FILLING: set your frying pan on heat and add oil,onion and fry until the onions are translucent

  5. 5

    (For my ground beef); I cook it with seasoning, curry and thyme until soft then use mortar and pestle and beat.

    Add pepper and ground beef, mix until they are well combined..Cut carrots and green pepper

    Add seasoning, turmeroc, curry, thyme and mix spice. Stir fry and set a side to cool

    Place the dough on a floured surface. Divide into 9 pieces

    Roll each dough into a flat round shape and spray oil on it then sprinkle flour

    Take another flat round shaped dough and place on top of the other dough, Continue the process till you finish. But a minimum of 5 doughs

    Put the dough into a warm pan. When notice a bubnle, flip to the other side. This should be done on low heat

    Cut the Samosa into 4 parts

    Bring the edges together to form a cone

    Seal the edges with a flour paste(which is flour +water), seal it well to avoid bursting

    Fill the cone with the filling and seal the mouth

    Repeat with the remaining dough

    Fry on hot oil
