Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsoaked urad dal
  2. 1 Tsphing / asafoetida
  3. 1 TspCumin seeds
  4. 1 Tspwhole coriander seeds
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 1big onion chopped
  7. 1 Tspcoriander leaf
  8. 2chopped Green chilli
  9. 1 Tspchilli flakes
  10. 1 Tspsalt
  11. as requiredOil for frying
  12. 1 Tspmango powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixture griender put soaked Dal,Hing, garlic, çumin seeds,

    Grind it coarsely.

    Now mix all remain things, except oil.

    Heat a wok,add oil,let it hot.

    Put mixtures small balls in the hot oil,Fry it golden in the medium Heat.

    Then remove it from the flame.

    Serve it hot- hot with any sauce or chuteny.
