Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsewai
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 litremilk
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 1/2mava
  6. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  7. 2 dropskewra
  8. 1/2 cuplotus seeds (makhana)
  9. 1 tbspalmond chopped
  10. 1 tbspchopped cashew
  11. 1 tbspchironji

Cooking Instructions

    First of all heat the pan then add milk and boil it. Then stir it continuously till it's half consistency

    Now heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add sewai then roast it on a low flame until it gets light golden colour and then add milk and cook it for 10 mins on low heat then add sugar, nuts, cardamom powder and kewra essence

    Garnish it with nuts and the sheer khurma is ready for serve
