Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFenugreek Leaves
  2. 1/2 cupPeas(boiled)
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. 3-4Cloves
  5. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  6. 2Dry Red Chilli
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  8. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  9. 1 tbspLemon Juice
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak the fenugreek leaves in water, and wash it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds. Add chopped cloves, and dry red chilli. Cook for while.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped fenugreek leaves. Cook for 2 min. Now add spices and salt. Cook for min. Now add peas and lemon juice.

    Now add 1tbsp cream. Our methi mater is ready
