Cooking Instructions

Blend the seedless dates with the help of a blender or mixer.

Then add rest of the ingredients except desiccated coconut in it.
- 3
Blend it well.
- 4
Remove them to a plate and add desiccated coconut in it and mix it well.
- 5
Then make small balls of it. You can store them in an airtight container for 15 days.

Here is another overnight oats recipe. I didn't really talk about overnight oats in my previous post cos I was explaining why I am uploading my brunch recipes on this website. Anyway, one of the things I love fondly about being vegan (I was a vegan) is overnight oats. I literally came up with loads of concoctions for my overnight oats; red velvet cheesecake, triple chocolate, etc etc.Although they are vegan and plant based, but they are not really healthy. Which is one of the many reasons why I stopped being a vegan. These are a couple of overnight oats recipes which, in my perspective, are healthy, vegan and plant-based.
