  3. As neededWater as required to bind a dough

  5. As neededGhee to roast the chappati

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt and oil to wheat flour. By adding water gradually bind a semi soft dough. Put tava on law flame.

  2. 2

    Take a big lemon size portion of it. Make a roundel and dip in wheat flour and roll the thick chappati and put on tava before it get too hot.

  3. 3

    Now very speedily make spikes on the chappati with the help of tongs.

  4. 4

    Now apply ghee and roast the chappati from both sides.
