  1. 4-5boiled potatoes
  2. 1chopped green chilli
  3. 1 tbspcilantro
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspamchoor(dry mango) powder
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 2 cupbesan/gram flour(for ghol)
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 pinchbaking soda
  10. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  11. As neededWater to mix
  12. As neededOil for frying
  13. 1 Pinchhing/asafoetida
  14. 6 bread slices

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the potatoes add salt chilli powder,amchoor powder, coriander and green chopped green chillies.

    For making besan batter add salt and other ingredients of Ghol and keep it aside

  3. 3

    For assembling bread pakoras slice the bread pieces into rectangular slices apply mashed potato mixture evenly on the slice and cover this slice with another slice

    Dip into the besan batter to coat the bread. Deep fry these bread pakoras in hot oil on medium flame till crisp and golden brown
