Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour dough
  2. 1capsicum finely chopped
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Grated cheese as required
  6. Oil
  7. Schzewan sauce as required

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough using whet flour, little salt and water.. Grease it nicely with oil and keep it covered for 10 mins.

    Chop the onion and capsicum and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Roll a roti, little thicker than chapati.. and dust it with little dry flour and apply schezwan sauce, spread some chopped onion and capsicum and sprinkle some salt.

    Add grated cheese on top and sprinkle little wheat flour.

    Roll it nicely and cook on a pan by putting some oil on medium flame. Cook nicely from both the sides till nice crisp.

    Cut into pieces and serve hot.. Your instant yummy paratha is ready to serve..If u like very spicy u can so add chopped green chillies..
