Coconut Bread!
This recipe is filling, easy to make and such a healthy option for people that want to reduce their gluten consumption.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Get a bowl and pour in your sifted plain flour, coconut flour and salt. Mix randomly
- 2
Create a well on the middle of the flour mixture and pour in your melted butter and eggs.
- 3
Set your yeast aside in some water and pour into the mixture.
- 4
Use a fork to mix all dry and wet ingredients before using your hands to knead for about 5minutes
- 5
After kneading, set the dough in a bowl and rub on some oil to avoid it sticking before covering it up
- 6
Take out the cover after 40 mins. It should have doubled or tripled in size. Punch out the air and knead again for about 30secs
- 7
Cut out dough balls in any measurement (I used 4 balls). And set into your greased/buttered pan. Cover again for almost 10mins so it can rise
- 8
Put your pan and dough in an oven or just steam it (I steamed mine)
- 9
Leave to cook for 40mins (in a steam pot) but check the bread in between the time if using an oven
- 10
When your toothpick comes out clean and you're satisfied with the stretch, you're done. Enjoy❤

Coconut Bread Coconut Bread
I love the savory scent of coconut so I tried using it to make some bread.Use shredded coconut. If you don't have any, you can use coarsely ground coconut. Please don't substitute the coconut milk for anything else. The fragrance and the flavor will be completely different. Super Easy Milk-enriched White Bread Super Easy Milk-enriched White Bread
I made this milk-enriched white bread using my super easy bread recipe that does't require any kneading or pounding.Take care to avoid the plastic wrap touching the dough after its final rising, since its surface will be rough as in the photo!!To make a nice slice, make a small cut with a bread knife, then use a thin knife to slice. You could also use regular cake liners instead of pound cake liners.
