Ingredients

  1. FOR BOILING
  2. 250 gmmutton
  3. 2 tbspcurd
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. FOR MARINATION
  7. 1 tbspcurd
  8. 1 tbspgram flour
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. 1 tbspbutter
  12. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  14. 1 tspkasuri methi
  15. 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  16. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  17. 1 tspred chilli powder
  18. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Transfer mutton into a pressure cooker. Add curd, ginger garlic paste and salt. Add required water. Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.

    Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp curd and all other ingredients expect oil and butter. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp water. Add cooked mutton into mixture. Mix it nicely.

    Heat oil and butter in a pan, add mutton pieces. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Ready to serve.
