Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add aata/maida, salt, baking powder. Mix them all keep them aside.

Now in another bowl add ghee and powdered sugar and whisk them together until it becomes light and fluffy.

Now add this mixture to dry ingredients and form a dough.

Now make small pedes out of it and press gently with a finger in the middle to make holes. Now fill the holes with jam. Do the rest in the same process.

Now heat a kadai for pre-heating. Grease a plate with some oil and and place the cookies(pede) over it and bake them in a low flame for 25 mins.
- 6
Serve them after 15 mins after removing them from the kadai.
