  1. 250 gfresh paneer
  2. 1/2 cupthick curd/ yogurt
  3. 3 tbspkasuri methi
  4. 1 tspcumin powder
  5. 1coriander powder
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/4 tspnutmeg powder
  10. Salt required
  11. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  12. 2big onion
  13. 1big capsicum
  14. 1big tomato
  15. sticksSkewer

    Cut paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato in to cubes

    In a bowl pour curd and add all the spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Keep it in the fridge for two hours. Once the marination is done remove it from the fridge

  4. 4

    Then arrange paneer onion capsicum and tomato in the skewers. oven cook or in the ordinary pan anything is fine

  5. 5

    Then plate it and serve with sauce or chutney
