Cooking Instructions

Take a kadhai add oil, then add finely chopped garlic saute for 10-15 seconds then add chopped onions saute little, add all chopped veggies. Continue to oil on high flame.

Add handful mixed vegetable to a pot of water and continue to boil to make the stock.

Add vegetable stock and allow to cook for another 5-6 mins

Take a small bowl add 1/2 cup water then add corn flour, sauces and vinegar mix well to make a lump free mixture.

Add this mixture to the soup. Stirring continuously to avoid the lump. Boil for 2-3 mins. Add sugar to balance the taste.

Serve this amazing soup with a desi twist. Add some coriander and slurp! Hot.
