Sweet Bread Roll with Bread Rabdi
Cooking Instructions

Making Bread Rabdi - Take bread slices, remove the edges, small pieces and grind it coarsely.

Heat a pan add milk, once milk starts boiling, reduce the flame to low.

Boil the milk on low flame till it reduces to half then add sugar, milk powder and at last add bread crumbs, cardamom powder and rose essence, boil till it thick.

Now Rabdi is ready. Let it cool down and keep it in the fridge till its chilled.

Making Halwa stuffing - In a kadai heat ghee, add grated carrots and cook this 5-6 mins.Then add milk, sugar, and milk powder and mix it well, till it takes form of a dough.

Before switching off the gas add chopped dry fruits and mix it well. Now stuffing halwa is ready.

Once the halwa cools down, take a small portion and make cylindrical shape for Stuffing.

Making Bread roll - Take bread slices, remove the edges and roll it with rolling pin to flatten.

Now take bread slice, dip in the milk and squeeze it. Now place the halwa stuffing on the bread carefully roll the bread without breaking. Apply little milk to seal it if required.

Place the bread rolls in serving plate.

And pour the chilled bread rabdi all over and garnish with cherry and Pista. Now our sweet Bread Roll is ready to be served.
