Quick, Simple, Delicious Breadcrumb Cookies

I unexpectedly had leftover breadcrumbs that I was unable to use up ;. These are cookies that I made through trial and error because it was too wasteful to throw out and I was trying to figure out what to do with it .
It is low cost, and simple as well . You'll totally get hooked on the crunchiness. .
Do the bread crumbs seem coarse? I just used cheap normal bread crumbs ;.
You can mix as-is with an egg beater in Step 2, but it difficult to mix when doing it, so you can omit and do it in Step 3 instead.
I thinly spread out the dough when baking . The baking time is approximate, so please adjust. Recipe by nokko.t

Quick and Easy Cookies with 3 ingredients Quick and Easy Cookies with 3 ingredients
I had a sudden craving for cookies, so tried to make them with ingredients I had on hand.As this recipe does not call for eggs, the dough might be difficult to handle. When rolling out the dough, place the dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, and cut it out on top of the plastic wrap. If cutting out the dough is troublesome, you could just shape them into balls with your hands. You could use margarine instead of butter, but the dough tends to get crumbly, making it more difficult to cut out. Recipe by Orenjiringu cookpad.japan -
Easy Shortbread Cookies Easy Shortbread Cookies
I revised a shortbread recipe, which I used to bake in a café in Canada. It's such an easy ratio of ingredients, so once you bake these cookies, you can make them without looking at the recipe. Feel free to adjust the amount of the ingredients as well. They can be made in 20 minutes!Once you have flipped the baking pan, keep an eye on the cookies so that they don't burn. Take the baking pan out of the oven when the cookies are light brown on the edges, and cook through with the residual heat. I recommend using butter for this recipe since they result in a richer and tastier cookie. Recipe by LazyHata cookpad.japan -
