  1. 250 gmBone less Chicken
  2. 2Nos of Onion (medium size)
  3. 4 table spoonGinger-Garlic Paste
  4. 5-6Green Chilies
  5. 5-6Dry Red Chilies
  6. 4-5 leavesAwa Fadigom (Wild Coriander)
  7. 1/2 tea spoonSichuan Pepper
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. as requiredWater (only required for Boil the raw Chicken)

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the chicken and tear it into small pieces. Now crushed the Ginger and Garlic. Boil chicken in cooker with Sichuan Pepper for 20 minutes in medium flame.

    While boiling, we now chopped Onion and Awa Fadigom in thin slices.
    Now roast green chillies and Dry Red Chillies and poundq it.

    Mixing step. It's the most important part of Tripuri's Mosdeng too. Mix all paste of Green Chillies, Ginger and Garlic. Now add Onion and Dry Red Chillies. After that, we add our boil Chicken and mix it all very well and garnished it with Awa Fadigom and Roasted Sichuan Pepper...

    Note : Generally, Sichuan Pepper are not used by Tripuri people in any Mosdeng, but we gave it a try and it turned out preety good..
