Cooking Instructions

Cut the paneer in cubes. Add maida,cornflour,salt garlic paste,pepper, water to make a lump free paste. It should not be watery not too thick, like pakora batter.Now dip each paneer piece and fry them.Keep aside on a kitchen paper.

Now in a pan add oil, garlic paste both capsicum, onions and saute. Add salt pepper (keep in mind the Schezwan chutney too has salt & pepper so adjust accordingly).Now add chutney, little water, then add paneer pieces. Mix till all well coated.

Check the tanginess. If you find it less,add either vinegar or lemon juice. If you want it more saucy,add some tomato sauce. You can garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
