Bread omlette is a staple breakfast in my home at least once a week. During my childhood, while going to Pune a halt at Lonavla , a cut hill station which falls along the way was a must. There was a restaurant there , which used to serve a lovely breakfast of Bread omlette with Masala chai for the early morning travellers. The fragrance of the toast when bread is toasted with butter on a tawa , the fluffy omlette with a generous sprinkling of coriander leaves was bliss. Quick, easy and healthy way to start your day.
