Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl too except for butter. now pour the wet mixture to the dry mixture, and mix.

Knead the dough for 15 to 20 mins, add in your butter in batches at this point, and keep kneading until soft,and all the butter is blended in, and cover it, until it doubles in size.

Make sure the dough is so soft and smooth.

When it rise beautifully knead it again for 5mins. Cut some of the dough and roll with a rolling pin, not thick and not too flat. Then cut your doughnuts shape and set aside on a floured surface or tray

Cover them and let it rise the second time, for like 25-30 minutes, don't let it over rise. And start frying,

When frying do not over crowd the pan few at a time, fry until golden brown, or dark brown. Serve and enjoy 😋

Note: deep frying is needed here.
* The powdered milk should be mix with warm water,
*Keep it in an airtight container to stay soft.
*You can keep it inside your fridge,and warm it with your microwave when needed.
