Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  1. For Kebab..
  2. 2 cup homemade paneer, mashed,
  3. 3 tbsp corn flour,
  4. 1/2 tsp dalchini powder,
  5. 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder,
  6. 1/2 tsp salt, (optional),
  7. as required Some chopped dhania patta,
  8. For Stuffing.
  9. 1 cup matar dana, boiled, mashed,
  10. 2 tbsp desi ghee or oil,
  11. Pinch of hing,
  12. Pinch Jeera,
  13. 1/2 tsp grated ginger,
  14. 2 green chilli chopped finely,
  15. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
  16. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
  17. to taste, Salt
  18. 6 badam
  19. 8 kaju chopped or crushed,
  20. as required Oil or desi ghee for frying,

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan, add oil or ghee, heat it.

  2. 2

    Add zeera, let it splutter.

  3. 3

    Now add hing, ginger & green chilli, saute it for a minute.

  4. 4

    Add mashed matar, stir fry it for a minute.

  5. 5

    Now add all the other ingredients one by one, stir fry it until dry.

  6. 6

    Turn off the flame, take out in a dish, keep aside to cool down.

  7. 7

    Now take a mixing bowl, add paneer & all the given ingredients, mix it thoroughly.

    Take med. portions from the paneer batter, flatten it, now make a pit inside.

  9. 9

    Fill it with 1 tsp stuffing, seal the edges, make kebab.

  10. 10

    Dust the kebabs with lil corn flour, make all the kebabs in the same manner.

  11. 11

    Take a pan, add oil in the mediocre amount, heat it.

  12. 12

    Shallow fry the kebabs until both sides become brown.

  13. 13

    Take out in a serving dish, have it with any dip or chutney.

  14. 14

    A good tea time snack...
