Ingredients

  1. 3 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cupmoida
  3. As neededcold milk
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. as required Oil for frying the parathas
  6. Eggomlette
  7. 2 eggs pureed
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. 2green chillies Chopped
  11. as required Little turmeric powder
  12. as required Little red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tablespoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    For paratha :--- take a bowl,add wheat flour,pinch of salt and moida mix evenly add cold milk as needed not too much knead the dough with cold milk for 8 to 9 minutes or till the dough is ready,rest it for at least twenty minutes make balls from the dough in same sizes.
    And roll it like slightly thick than regular paratha roll. Roll all and keep it near the gas oven.

    Heat the non-stick pan, add paratha roll after a minute add oil around the paratha and fry both sides very well by flipping the paratha. Superrrr soft paratha is ready.

    For eggomlette:---' take a mixing bowl add egg puree, and give a good mix.
    Now add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, pinch of salt, red chilli powder, and pinch of turmeric powder mix again very well.
    Boil oil in the non-stick tawa,spread the egg mix take a time till the egg omelette is perfectly ready fry both sides very well. OMG...delish
