Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cupAll-purpose flour
  3. 2 spoonsGhee
  4. As requiredRed chilli powder
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. As requiredCumin
  7. As per tasteGaram masala
  8. As requiredCoriander seeds
  9. As requiredWater for kneading dough
  10. As per tasteBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt and ghee in flour and knead dough with Lukewarm water.

    Now take boiled potatoes amd mash them

  3. 3

    Take a pan and some oil in it. Add cumin and coriander seeds.Add spices and salt.

    Mix and add mashed potatoes. Mix them all well.

  5. 5

    Now take a small part of dough and roll it. Cut in semicircle and and fold its lining.

    Now stuff with potatoes prepared earlier amd seal the samosa.

  7. 7

    Deep fry or air-fry and serve hot with ketchup or chutneys.
