Cooking Instructions

Roast onion and dry coconut on flame. Heat up pan dry roast all dry seeds whole spices ginger garlic allow to cool completely.

Take a blender add all ingredients roasted add little water make paste keep aside

For tari -
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions saute add ginger garlic paste saute till onions turns soft golden brown in colour add red chilli powder and garlic paste saute on slow - 4
For Moth -
Heat up water in a presser cooker add water add turmeric powder salt add moth sprouts make one whistle when it gets cool drain the water. - 5
Take a serving plate put on small bowls add dry moth in one in one farsan in another tari add chopped onions and lemon wedges.
Serve hot with pav - 6
