For bati :-
In a bowl add wheat flour,add water,add carom seeds,add salt,add oil knead the flour into the stiff dough rest it for 10 min.grease a pressure cooker with oil heat the cooker for a few min.knead the dough once again.make a medium size of dough balls.inside seal the edges properly.bati is ready.place the bati inside cooker and cook it for 5-6 min.on low flame.remove the gasket and whistle.now all bati is ready.dip the bati into the ghee. - 2
For churma:-
Firstly, take 3 prepared bati and break them into a mixer jar. make a coarse powder of bati.heat tawa with 2 tbsp of ghee and roast powdered bati.Roast on low flame for 7 minutes or till it turns golden and aromatic, cool the mixture completely. further, add 3 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp chopped almonds-cashew, and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.Mix well finally, churma is ready. - 3
For dal:-
Firstly in a pressure cooker add 5 types of soaked dal, add water, add turmeric powder, add salt, add tomato mix it well. 3 whistle and moong dal is ready. - 4
Now take a pan add ghee, add cumin seeds, add garlic, add ginger, add onion mix it. now add tomato, add tomato puree soft and mushy now add salt, add turmeric powder, add red chili powder, add coriander powder mix it again. now add the cooked dal along with salt and mix well. now add water and simmer for 5-10 min.Take a pan add ghee, add garlic, add cumin seeds, and add dry red chilli now tadka is ready. give a tadka to dal.
