Cooking Instructions

First, fire roast the fresh corn or bhutta from all sides till it gets lightly charred and gets a smoky flavour.

Apply Schezwan chutney all over. Sprinkle salt and pepper for extra taste as corn will absorb the flavours quickly. (You can add a mix of tomato sauce+sweet chilli sauce+ soy sauce) too.

Serve the piping hot bhutta or corn cob immediately as a light snack or pre-meal dish. Enjoy!
