Ingredients

40 minutes
3 servings
  1. 2aloo, peeled, diced,
  2. 10med sized gobhi florets,
  3. 1 cupchopped methi patta,
  4. 3 tbspmustard oil,
  5. 1 tspchopped garlic,
  6. 1/4 tsphing,
  7. 1/4 tspzeera,
  8. 2green chilli slitted,
  9. 1/2 tspgrated ginger,
  10. 1small onion chopped,
  11. as requiredSalt to taste,
  12. 1/2 tsphaldi powder,
  13. 1 tspdhania powder,
  14. 1 tspred chilli flakes,
  15. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder,

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the veggies separately, keep aside. Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add garlic, saute it until light brown.

    In goes hing & zeera, let it splutter. Add green chilli now, mix it well.

  3. 3

    In goes aloo & gobhi, stir fry it for a minute. Add ginger now, stir fry it for a minute.

  4. 4

    Now add onion, stir fry it for a minute, add salt also.

  5. 5

    In goes methi now, mix it well. Add haldi powder & dhania powder.

  6. 6

    Stir fry it for a minute. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until veggies aur almost cooked. Stir in between.

  7. 7

    Open the lid, increase the flame, add red chilli flakes & garam masala powder, stir fry it for 30 sec.

  8. 8

    Turn off the flame, cover it for 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl. Can be served along with Roti or Paratha...
