Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupPeanut
  2. 1/2 cupOats
  3. 1 tbspSesame seeds
  4. 1/4 cupJaggery
  5. 1/2 cupPeanut Butter
  6. 1 tbspGhee
  7. 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Roast Peanuts, Oats and sesame seeds separately.

    Remove skin of peanuts.

    In a blender, add roasted peanuts, roasted oats, roasted sesame seeds, jaggery and blend it well.

    Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add peanut butter and cardamom powder and mix it well.

    Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a laddu.

    Serve or store in an airtight container.
