Ingredients

2 rotis
  1. 1/2 cupmaize flour
  2. 3 tbspfinely chopped fenugreek leaves/ methi bhaji
  3. 3 tbspfinely chopped green corainder leaves
  4. 1 tbspgreen garlic chilli ginger paste
  5. 1/4 tsptumeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  7. Salt to taste as required
  8. Dry wheat flour for dusting as required
  9. Ghee as required

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing plate add all mentioned ingredients except ghee and wheat flour. Mix well.

    Add little little water and bind into semi stiff dough. Divide into 2 equal portions balls.

    Roll each with help of dry wheat flour into round thick roti.

  4. 4

    Dry roast on both sides on griddle.

  5. 5

    Apply ghee and serve hot with Lasooni Aloo Palak.
