Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked rice
  2. 1.5 cupsfresh green peas
  3. 1 Tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 cupchopped onion
  5. 2green chilli chopped
  6. 1 handfulgreen coriander leaves
  7. 2 Tbspghee
  8. 1/2 Tspcumin seeds
  9. 1small piece of cinnamon
  10. 1green cardamom
  11. 1phool chakri
  12. 6black peppercorns
  13. 1 Tbsppao- bhaji masala
  14. Salt as required

Cooking Instructions

    Arrange the ingredients.

    Heat ghee and fry cumin seeds and rest others whole garam masala on low flame till atomic.

    Add chopped onion and green chilli and allow the onions to be translucent.

  4. 4

    Now, add the ginger garlic paste and pao-bhaji masala powder. Mix well and saute on low flame.

    Then mix the green peas and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cooked rice and mix the rice with peas and cooked masala.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, anardana and serve with masala curd and salad.
