Peas Pulao is a delicious and special winter season dish. This recipe is favourite of most vegetarians. I prepared this winter recipe using pao-bhaji masala and that increased the taste to next level.
Cooking Instructions

Arrange the ingredients.

Heat ghee and fry cumin seeds and rest others whole garam masala on low flame till atomic.

Add chopped onion and green chilli and allow the onions to be translucent.
- 4
Now, add the ginger garlic paste and pao-bhaji masala powder. Mix well and saute on low flame.

Then mix the green peas and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cooked rice and mix the rice with peas and cooked masala.
- 6
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, anardana and serve with masala curd and salad.
