Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 2 cupdesiccated coconut
  3. 1/2 cupjaggery
  4. 1 tspghee
  5. 1/4 tspgreen cadamom powder
  6. To taste salt
  7. Oil as required for deepfry

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add jaggery,desecated coconut,greencadamom powder to make the stuffing.Heat a pan add 1cup water,1tbsp jaggery,1tsp ghee & to taste salt.When ever the water stated boiling put ragi powder,low the flame.

    Mix it well&makes a soft dough.Off the flame & greased your hand,knead the dough.Divide the dough into 9 portion.Take one flate it stuff the coconut mixture& cover it.

    Heat a pan add oil, deepfry the ragi kakora pitha.Ragi kakora pitha are ready.

    Serve with warm or cool....Very tasty.
