I made Chocolate Modak with a wee bit difference
Cooking Instructions

In a wok add full fat milk and sugar and bring it to boil. Keep stirring until reduced to half. Desiccated coconut

In a blender add all dry fruits and blend coarsely
- 3
Keep stirring the milk and when half, add desiccated coconut and rose water.

Keep stirring until a mashed potato consistency is reached, set aside to cool completely

In a double boiler method melt milk chocolate and set aside
- 6
Add the fry fruits mix to milk and mix well.

Grease the Modak mould and grease your palm. Add the milk coconut mix to the mould and cover all parts inside, add 1 tsp chocolate filling and close with the mix, demould and set aside

Plate and drizzle melted chocolate on top of Modak and sprinkle some coarsely blended dry fruits.
