Ingredients

  1. 10Leftover chapatis
  2. 100 gmsJaggery
  3. 1 cupcrushed peanuts
  4. 2 tablespoonsGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the chapatis into a coarse powder

  2. 2

    In a kadhai heat 2 tablespoon of ghee

  3. 3

    Grate the jaggery and add it to the ghee and mix well

  4. 4

    After the jaggery and ghee are thoroughly mixed add the chapatis powder and crushed peanuts

  5. 5

    Cook for about 10 minutes and then turn off the gas

  6. 6

    Let it sit and cool till it is warm.

  7. 7

    Make the mixture into ladoos and let them set.
