Roast your peanuts lightly.

In a hot pan add oil, chillies, garlic, onion, black gram, cumin seed and red chilli powder with salt and combine. once fragnant and roasted, set aside.

In your blender, add peanuts and water. for 1/2 cup peanut, I needed at least 1 cup water for grinding it smoothly. add the mixture you just prepared and cooled to the blender and mix in your blender smoothly.
For Tadka: in the same pan, add oil, red chilli, mustard seed (you can add curry leaves here but I didn't have any) and add your tadka to the chutney you just prepared. - 4
Your chutney is ready to enjoy with your favorite snacks!
