Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchPalak(blanched and pureed)
  2. 3-4Palak Leaves finely Chopped
  3. 250 GramsPaneer
  4. 1-2Tblsp Oil
  5. 2Medium Chopped Onion
  6. 1Medium Chopped Tomato
  7. 1 TspCumin Seed (Jeera)
  8. 1Bay leaf
  9. 1/2 TspAsafoetida (Hing)
  10. 1Tblspn full Ginger Chilli Paste
  11. 4-6Chopped Garlic Pods
  12. 1 TspCrushed Coriander Seeds
  13. 1/2 TspTurmeric Powder
  14. 1 TspRed Chilli Powder
  15. 1/2 TspKasoori Methi
  16. 1Tblsp Fresh Cream
  17. Salt as per test

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan blanch Palak in boiling water and remove in 3-4 minutes. Transfer in ice water and Make smooth puree.

    Take paneer cut into pieces and stir fry gloden in oil

  3. 3

    For Palak Paneer heat the oil in pan and add bay leaf,Cumin seed,Hing stir well and add chopped onion and garlic,Ginger chilli paste. Saute until transculant.then add Chopped tomato and stir till it get soft.

    Now add turmeric powder,red chilli,crushed coriander seed,cumin coriander powder, kasoori methi and Chopped Palak leaves.

    Now add Prepared Palak puree,water and salt as per test and mix well.Then transfer the fried Paneer and Grated Paneer.
    And allow to cook for a while.

    Garnish with some Grated Paneer and Fresh Cream.
    Enjoy with Roti,Paratha or Rice.
